Abstract: 

This study was conducted during summer and winter of 2018- 2019 in the agricultural research field of Shahid Chamran University. Experimental design was split- plot based on RCBD with three replications. The main plot was the type of agricultural system in three levels including conventional (Conv), organic (Org) and sustainable (Sust) (integrated between Conv and Org) and sup- plot was the type of pre- cultivated crop in sequence with wheat including cultivation of mung bean (M- W), corn (C- W), sesame (S- W) and fallow (F- W). Yield quantity (yield and its component) and quality (grain protein), an estimate of photosynthesis matter transfer index of wheat and soil organic carbon (SOC) after one double-cropping were measured. The result showed that the highest (545.04 g/m2) and the lowest (409.28 g/m2) seed yields were obtained in Conv and Org respectively. In contract, with the changing type of system from Conv to Org, grain protein was increased significantly (from 8.3 to 9.6 %). In addition, the highest (535.47 g/m2) yield of wheat was obtained from M- W double cropping. On the other hands the highest remobilization and current photosynthesis matter were obtained in the organic agricultural system with M- W and conventional with M- W double cropping. The situation of SOC showed that the highest (33.18 mg/g) SOC was obtained in the organic agricultural system with C- W double cropping. The reason for improving SOC in the organic and sustainable agricultural system was application of organic matter (compost and vermicompost) and crop residue management. Totally, from the crop ecology point of view, sustainable agricultural method with a sequence of M- W was the most desirable system.

Abstract: 

Given the strategy of performance improvement, the present study aims to identify the effective dimensions on designing a strategic human resource management with a high performance work system (HPWS) approach for the knowledge-based organizations. For this purpose, in this developmental-applied research, first a comprehensive study of literature on HPWS for learning the effective concepts was conducted. Then the proposed indicators in the previous studies was counted from which 307 dimensions were identified and after excluding the repeated ones and And merge similar items, 33 dimensions were elicited. Then, using the Delphi technique, it was agreed among the members of the university elite panels and the experts of Knowledge based Companies. and by excluding 4 dimensions and including 3 new ones to adjust them to knowledge-based companies' characteristics, at last 32 dimensions were confirmed by the panel as final ones for strategic human resources management with a HPWS approach. The findings showed that from Delphi panels' viewpoint on HPWS, the »supportive management « has the greatest influence on HPWS in the knowledge-based companies.

Abstract: 

Research in scientific fields is mainly a qualitative issue which requires a level of qualitative analysis and involves the discovery of the relationships among research variables. One of the most important issues in the discussion of human topics is demography and, in particular, the recognition of demographic features. In this regard, this study seeks to examine the state of aging in Iranian rural communities in 390 counties of the country by using fuzzy logic. The research is a descriptive-analytic type and applied in terms of purpose. It was carried out through secondary analyses. The required data were derived from the Statistics Center of Iran and covered six indicators including the ratio of aging and youth, the ratio of genders, the ratio of old age, potential support and parental support. The results showed that, according to the designed database, the rural areas in the margins of Iran have a low rate of aging due to desirable conditions in the six indicators. In contrast, the rural areas in the internal parts of Iran are severely aged and are moving toward aging rapidly. The results of this study were also compared with the ethnicity map of Iran. It was indicated that the findings of this study about the aging process strongly overlap the information on the ethnicity map. Due to the broad ethnic distribution in the geographical boundaries of Iran, the, the desire to have children is higher than that in the central parts of the country. This has led to an increase in the desirable values of the six indicators in the marginal areas and the superiority of those areas over the internal parts.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of research is to observe the influence of public trust on accepting KBOs. The implementation method of the research is descriptive (non-experimental) and with correlation analysis model formed by structural equations used the least minor squares. Methodology: The participants of the survey were consumers of KBO services. According to Cochran formula for unspecified society, 384 individuals were chosen as statistical sample selected totally random. From 384 questionnaires distributed, 370 were answered and 14 others were discarded due to many unanswered questions. In due course 370 questionnaires were processed. To measure social trust, Safarinia and Sharif questionnaires were used. (1389). due to receptivity of Knowledgebased organizations, researcher-made questionnaire were utilized. this questionnaire contains 5 elements which composed based on available questionnaire. We realized there is a meaningful and significant relation between KBO admission and all aspects of social trust. the influence of social trust on KBO’ S admission was positive and meaningful. The influence of social trust on KBO’ s admission is positive and meaningful. Findings: According to the results, 72% Variance model in Knowledgebased organizations admission were indicated by Research model. Therefore, we realized strengthening social trust will bring acceptance to KBO’ s presence. Discussion: In this regard, managers and officials in KBOs must concentrate on gaining and obtaining social trust in case of adequate social acceptance.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: this research was performed to investigate factors affecting the commercialization of research results in knowledge-based companies using a descriptive survey. Method: this was a descriptive survey and since it defines the relations between variables, it is correlational. To collect the required research data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. This questionnaire includes 39 questions in 8 dimensions (individual, organizational, environmental-organizational, cultural-social, legal, economic, political and industrial factors) and 5 questions related to commercialization. The statistical population of this research includes 970 of the CEOs of knowledge-based companies based in the Science and Technology parks of six major cities of Iran and the sample size was determined to be 275 based on Cochran's formula. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS-20 and Amos-20 software. Results: the results from this research showed that all the 8 factors significantly predict success in the commercialization of research results; but the results from the simultaneous investigation of the role of predictive variables in the commercialization of research results showed that the following items have the most significant roles in the commercialization of research results: legal (β =056, p<0. 05), industrial (β =0. 28, p<0. 05), organizational (β =0. 23, p<0. 05), individual (β =0. 13, p<0. 05), and economic (β =0. 12, p<0. 05). Conclusion: based on the results, in order to invest in the development of the infrastructures of the commercialization of research results, the greatest amount of focus must be placed on legal, industrial, organizational and ultimately economic factors respectively because the development and revision of these factors will indirectly affect the other factors.

Abstract: 

The current research aims to have a future study and scenario analysis of the synthetic indicators of the knowledge-based economy following the cross-impact analysis. First, the key components are identified and analyzed, and then the general scenarios of the knowledge-based economy in Iran are suggested. The study borrows the norm paradigm and planning through allegiance approach of the higher-documents. The perspective is the 2025 document. The data were collected from the literature, and the questionnaire of the national and international researchers analyzed via the hierarchical system and the MIC MAC diagram. The findings of the cross-impact analysis showed that 14 key components out of the 32 had the most effect on the knowledge-based economy. These components were influential in conceptualizing the scenarios. The knowledge-based indicators include: 1. The share of exporting advanced technology from industrial productions, 2. the established commercial marks and brands, 3. the share of exporting IT products out of the total exportation of products and services, and 4. the royalty and license expenses.

Abstract: 

In this study the possibility of using fuzzy inference system efficiency, creating a bridge between meteorological, plant parameters, and Daily Yield, and comparing the accuracy of Daily Yield using these systems were investigated. After analyzing the different models and different combinations of daily meteorological data, seven models for estimating daily Yield were presented. For these models, the calculated Yield from AQUACROP model was considered as a base and the efficiency of other models was evluated using statistical methods such as root mean squared error, error of the mean deviation, coefficient of determination, Jacovides (t) and Sabbagh et al. (R2/t) criteria. An experiment was carried out during the 2014-2015 growing season in the Agricultural Research and Education Center of Khorasane Razavi province using a randomized complete block design with a split plot arrangement and four replications. This experiment was including of three irrigation levels treatments as the main plot and three method of planting treatments (transplanting 20-days, transplanting 30-days and direct seeded) as subplots. From the available data, 75 percent was used for training the model and the rest of 25 percent was utilized for the testing purposes. The results derived from the fuzzy models with different input parameters as compared with AQUACROP model showed that fuzzy systems were very well able to estimate the daily Yield. Fuzzy model so that the highest correlation with the 9 input variables (r=0. 98) had in mind and evaluate other parameters, the model with 2 parameters, match very well with the AQUACROP model had stage training. In the test phase, training phase was very similar results and the model with the second phase of harvest index and canopy cover will get the best match. According to the results of this study it can be concluded that fuzzy model approach is an appropriate method to estimate the daily yield.

Abstract: 

Safety is of primary principles of living in human communities. Preparation and provision of necessary considerations for encountering hazards are main targets of the crisis management. Nuclear risks are one of hazards threatening in the human life. Since radioactive contaminants sustain for years after the incident, investigation into nuclear hazards and its damage on living environment and urban features is so vital. This study essentially aims at evaluating the risk of radioactive contaminants to urban land uses. Due to high resolution satellite images, remote sensing technology has been considered as an advanced technology to generate information covering urban areas. Information on land cover is one of the most important tools of management during crisis. Land cover maps can be prepared through techniques for high resolution satellite image processing and extracting urban features. In this study, the fuzzy objectoriented method is applied to classify such phenomena. In the proposed method, a fuzzy rule-based strategy and hierarchical model are employed to overcome noise between classes. Fuzzy rule-based classification method is used as well as optimization and improving features of multi-scale analysis. Considering blocks of WorldView2 sensor, 91% of object detection is implemented with an average accuracy. When classification image of urban features is produced, the risk of radioactive contaminants to each recognized object is determined based on EDEM model.
